- To staff in a position to be change agents for their organization.
- That must be relevant organizations: organizations committed to improve their country’s development, but lacking the means to provide their staff the necessary training. Organisations that will contribute to improved function of their organizations in the development process of their country.
- You might obtain a fellowship or means via a structured application procedure.
- The Netherlands Embassy in your country can give you access to this procedure.
